You will receive acknowledgement from the Grad Night Committee via a letter with proper information for tax purposes.
We are accepting donations via checks, payable to OPHS PFA. or via our Paypal donation link (will create and embed). Please write “Grad Night Donation” in the memo section of your check.
Checks may be dropped in the secure PFA White mailbox on the wall of the OPHS school office. Please put gift cards in an envelope marked Grad Night.

Grad Night Sponsorship Opportunity
The Grad Night Committee is seeking donations to help sponsor students who are experiencing financial hardship, and to help cover the cost of the event and raffle prizes. Sponsorship levels:
Platinum ($1000)
Gold ($750)
Silver ($500)
Business Sponsor ($250) includes a 4x4 banner for 4 weeks from (will set dates)
Other Amount
Attach check and make payable to OPHS PFA with Grad Night Sponsor noted on the memo line.
OPHS PFA is a registered 501(c)(3) charity, tax ID# 46-3473801.
Sponsorship donations are tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor.
