Did you know that OPUSD receives approximately $600 less per student from the state than the surrounding districts, and the burden of making up that funding gap falls to us. This is why we ask families to donate.
Our annual direct donation fundraiser forms the bedrock of our fundraising activities and allows OPHS to offer programs beyond what our state funds.
Your donation fuels the essential extras that make our school thrive, especially the tools and resources our teachers and students rely on every day:
Classroom supplies and teacher-requested materials
Educational software, learning apps, and student tech tools
Calculators, science instruments, and lab materials
Enrichment programs & classroom grants
College & Career Center support, clubs, teams and more
We suggest a donation of $250 per student, but truly, any amount helps.
If every family gave just $50, we’d meet our goal with ease but each contribution, whether it’s $25, $250, or more, brings us closer to supporting every classroom, every club, and every student.
A $50 Eagle Membership comes with the "We Support OPHS" cotton tote; the Basic Membership is $35. All levels of donation include your PFA Membership.

To deliver a high-quality program for our students, we depend on voluntary donations from parents.
Please know that ALL students will receive the same opportunities, experiences, and/or materials regardless of whether a contribution is made. Please also know that if we do not raise the anticipated amount set aside for the budget this year, the supported programs will have to cut back on extra opportunities for our students in the future.

Should any student or parent believe they were impermissibly charged a fee or required to provide materials or supplies that they would not have otherwise voluntarily paid or provided, an application for reimbursement may be filed with Oak Park Unified School District by calling (818) 735-3206.
